We want you to love your Snugscreen. If you don't, here's how returns and refunds work.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it's delivered. Just tell us by email at hello@thesnugscreen.com or through our contact form, including your order number.
Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. It should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, in the condition you received it. You're responsible for the cost of returning the item when you change your mind, and we recommend using a tracked service.
We'll refund the price you paid, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back. Refunds go to your original payment method. If the item has been damaged or used beyond what's needed to check it works, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty or damaged items
If your projector arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return postage.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Free video packs
The Christmas and Halloween video packs are free digital extras included with your order, so they aren't returnable or refundable on their own.
