- United Kingdom: free standard delivery.
- Everywhere else we ship to: £5.99 standard delivery, shown at checkout.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are dispatched from our supplier's warehouse. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Christmas delivery
Order by 10 December for Christmas delivery in the UK. Orders from outside the UK can take longer, so please order as early as you can.
Orders outside the UK
For orders delivered outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs authority, aren't included in our prices or delivery charge, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, and a further delivery charge may apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@thesnugscreen.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
