These terms apply when you buy from thesnugscreen.com ("Snugscreen", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Snugscreen is an online shop selling mini projectors. You can contact us at hello@thesnugscreen.com or through our contact form.
2. Orders
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there's an error in the price or description, in which case we'll refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Delivery
Delivery costs, dispatch and international orders are covered in our Shipping Policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we'll deliver within 30 days of your order.
5. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, and faulty items are covered as set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. The product
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their specifications. Picture brightness and size depend on the room, the distance from the wall and the lighting, and the projector works best in a dim or dark room. Streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video require a separate streaming stick, which is not included.
7. Free video packs
The seasonal video packs are free digital extras for personal use with your projector. They may not be resold or redistributed.
8. Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
9. Privacy
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
